• Total Remuneration $117,129 to $127,380 pa (including salary of $98,976 to $107,638 plus 17% superannuation and leave loading)

Are you a forward-thinking Business Analyst looking to drive impactful change? CQUniversity is seeking experienced Functional and Technical Business Analysts to join our dynamic Digital Services Directorate. If you're passionate about problem-solving, enjoy collaborating with diverse stakeholders, and thrive in a supportive environment — we want to hear from you! Both roles are focused on optimising and improving CQUniversity’s core enterprise systems, including student, finance, and timetabling platforms. You'll work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, assess business needs, and translate them into technical or functional specifications.

As a Functional Business Analyst, you’ll analyse business processes, develop functional specifications, and collaborate with technical teams to ensure solutions meet requirements. As a Technical Business Analyst, you’ll leverage your technical skills to develop solution designs, support technical system and integration solutions, and document existing technical systems. Both roles involve providing insights and recommendations to stakeholders, facilitating workshops, and resolving complex issues. Position Requirements

• Proven experience managing the entire business analysis effort including commitments and deadlines, prioritisation of tasks, decision making and issue management.
• Using high-level problem solving and critical thinking skills to analyse and design a broad range of complex technological solutions that meet business needs.
• Using exceptional communication and negotiation skills to liaise with a variety of stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes for all affected parties.
