As part of our innovative Digital Services team, you’ll help coordinate projects and initiatives that bring the University’s GenAI Strategy to life, working closely with diverse project teams, stakeholders, and providing critical support to our AI Taskforce.

Position Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in coordinating medium to large projects, including planning, scoping, and monitoring deliverables to meet objectives.
- Strong skills in change management and communication planning, with the ability to assess impacts, engage and influence a broad range of internal and external stakeholders, and deliver key messaging.
- Excellent written communication skills, with experience drafting policies, procedures, reports, and stakeholder communications.
- Strong time management, problem-solving, and analytical abilities to deliver results in a dynamic environment.
