This role offers the opportunity to provide crucial support to the Director Governance/University Secretary and contribute to the efficient operation of the Directorate.

Position Requirements

  • Proven experience in providing high-level administrative and business support.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in office software and digital content management.
  • Experience in supporting financial processes and inventory management is desirable.
