You will design and deliver engaging learning experiences across lectures, tutorials, workshops, and residential schools. You will develop teaching materials and assessments, supervise students, and lead or collaborate on impactful research projects.

We are seeking a motivated academic with discipline expertise in psychological theory and/or practice.  You will bring experience teaching in higher education, a growing research profile, and a passion for student success through multi-modal delivery. Strong communication, teamwork, and stakeholder engagement skills are essential, along with the ability to contribute to the broader academic community.

Position Requirements

• PhD (or near completion) in Psychology or a closely related discipline.
• Demonstrated experience teaching undergraduate and/or postgraduate psychology students, with the ability to coordinate, deliver, and review academic units.
• Proven record of research excellence, including peer-reviewed publications and the potential to attract research funding aligned with health behaviour change or related areas.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to foster positive student engagement and collaborate effectively within academic teams.
• Teaching qualification or willingness to undertake a Graduate Certificate in Tertiary Teaching/Education.
