- Lecturer (Level B) Total Remuneration $67,442 to $78,935 pa (including salary of $56,990 to $66,701 plus 17% superannuation and leave loading)
- Senior Lecturer (Level C) Total Remuneration $81,235 to $92,493 pa (including salary of $68,645 to $78,158 plus 17% superannuation and leave loading)

The Master of Clinical Exercise Physiology, is a nationally recognised program, accredited by Exercise and Sports Science Australia (ESSA). We are seeking a Lecturer or Senior Lecturer to deliver high-quality teaching, inspire students, and provide an exceptional learning experience.
In this role, you will contribute to teaching, research, and scholarship, while benefiting from access to state-of-the-art resources and professional networks. From simulation-based learning to real-world clinical placements, you will help train the next generation of Accredited Exercise Physiologists and support CQUniversity’s standing as a leader in health education.

Position Requirements - Lecturer
- A completed postgraduate qualification (or equivalent) in musculoskeletal, cardiorespiratory, or exercise physiology.
- Current registration with ESSA as an Accredited Exercise Physiologist.
- A teaching qualification, or a commitment to completing a Graduate Certificate in Tertiary Teaching/Education.
- Demonstrated experience teaching and supervising undergraduate and postgraduate students, with skill in multi-modal delivery approaches.
- A strong research track record, including recent publications, with the capacity to actively contribute to the School’s research agenda.
Position Requirements - additional for Senior Lecturer
- A completed (or near completion) PhD in musculoskeletal, cardiorespiratory, exercise physiology, or a closely related discipline.
- Proven experience in team leadership and mentoring early-career academics.
- Expertise in developing engaging teaching resources and fostering collaboration with industry and community partners.
- Flexibility to travel between campuses to support residential school delivery during teaching periods.
