The Global Brand and Marketing Directorate is responsible for student recruitment and all marketing activities, including branding and providing support and advice to faculties and divisions on a range of specialities.

 

As a valued member of the National Admissions team, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our student body. Your primary objective is to assess and process student applications, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and exceptional customer service for our diverse student community. We are seeking an efficient and driven professional to take ownership of applications and process them as per legislative guidelines, whilst ensuring a high-level of service is always provided.

Position Requirements

  • Excellent communication (oral and written), customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adhere to strict guidelines and make informed decisions.
  • Detailed knowledge of business support software including word processing, spread-sheeting, database systems, and email.
  • Ability to work proactively and collaboratively in a team environment while maintaining positive relationships with colleagues and clients to achieve successful outcomes.
  • Demonstrated knowledge or ability to quickly acquire knowledge of University policies and procedures.
  • A degree with subsequent relevant experience (desirable).
