Position Requirements

• Relevant PhD or equivalent in a relevant discipline area
• Recognised significant experience in the relevant discipline area
• Demonstrated leadership in research, teaching, and professional activities
• A strong commitment to policy development and community engagement
• Proven ability to critically evaluate and improve academic programs
• Eligible for membership of the AASW
• Ability to inspire and lead a diverse team
