The Facilities Management Directorate is responsible for delivering professional, efficient and sustainable infrastructure services, including capital project delivery, asset maintenance, space planning and facilities support across all campuses.

 

You will play a pivotal role in supporting the delivery of the University’s Capital Budget Projects. Your primary objective will be to provide high-level project administrative support including finance tracking, procurement, contract administration and executive coordination. We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive professional with experience in project or executive administration, excellent written communication skills and a strong ability to work across multiple systems. You will confidently manage reporting, meeting documentation and procurement processes, ensuring compliance with university procedures and deadlines.

Position Requirements

 

  • Demonstrated experience in providing high-level administrative support in a project or executive setting.
  • Ability to quickly learn and apply new procedures, systems and organisational policies.
  • Strong digital skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, databases and large corporate systems.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a professional, respectful approach to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities, use initiative and deliver accurate work within deadlines.
