We are seeking a detail-oriented, tech-savvy individual with strong digital literacy and critical thinking skills to support alumni and donor engagement at CQUniversity.

 

In this role, you will gather and analyse data, creating reports to support fundraising and alumni engagement projects. You will maintain data in our CRM system, using platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and Business Lookup to research and assess potential partners and alumni prospects.

 

Your ability to think critically and creatively, combined with your curiosity and attention to detail, will help you uncover insights and provide well-supported recommendations.

Position Requirements

 

  • Demonstrated understanding of creating and interpreting CRM reports.
  • Initiative, sound judgment, and discretion in handling confidential and sensitive alumni and donor information; demonstrated attention to detail and investigative skills for fundraising and stakeholder engagement research.
  • Knowledge of modern stakeholder engagement methods, protocols, and standards.
  • Excellent written communication skills, including drafting clear, concise, and authoritative reports and analyses.
  • Exceptional time management, organisational, and problem-solving skills for professional project support in a fast-paced environment.
