CQUniversity is seeking a Records Management Coordinator to deliver effective information governance and compliance services across the University. In this role, you will coordinate and administer the University’s records and information management systems, ensuring accuracy, security, and compliance with legislative and policy requirements.
You will bring a strong client service focus, enthusiasm for working across teams and campuses, and the professional and technical expertise to support and enhance records management practices. You will also contribute to process improvements and initiatives that strengthen the integrity and accessibility of the University’s information assets.
As part of the Digital Services Directorate, you will join a collaborative team committed to excellence in higher education and digital service delivery. This role fosters an innovative approach to records management in an academic environment, keeping pace with emerging trends in information governance, compliance, and user experience.

Position Requirements
- Demonstrated expertise in records management, compliance frameworks, and privacy legislation.
- Proven experience using and administrating electronic document and records management systems (EDRMS).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Proven ability to coordinate compliance programs and drive process improvements.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage complex information requests and maintain accurate records.
