The Research Division at CQUniversity provides leadership, governance and administrative support for research across the University.
In this role within the School of Graduate Research, you will support research higher degree (RHD) students from admission through to graduation. Your responsibilities will include coordinating candidature milestones, examinations and related correspondence, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with policy, reporting and events. You will also contribute to developing systems that enhance student services, streamline processes and reduce administrative burden.
We are seeking a detail-oriented professional with strong time management and problem-solving skills, who demonstrates initiative and thrives in a collaborative environment.

Position Requirements
- Demonstrated proficiency in using University systems such as TRIM, FinanceOne, StudentOne, Moodle and the MS Office Suite, along with business support software including word processing, spreadsheets, databases and email.
- Excellent communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills.
- Proven time management and problem solving skills.
- Knowledge of, or the ability to quickly acquire knowledge of, relevant policies, procedures, programs and requirements.
- Completion of a degree without subsequent relevant work experience, or an associate diploma with at least two years of relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training (desirable).
