As the Research Higher Degrees Officer, you will provide essential end-to-end administrative support to research higher degree (RHD) candidates, from admission through to graduation. Your work will help streamline processes, enhance the student experience, and support the delivery of efficient and high-quality services. This includes coordinating milestones and examinations, responding to candidate enquiries, maintaining accurate records, and liaising with stakeholders across the University.

Position Requirements
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing deadlines and resolve problems independently.
- High-level written and verbal communication skills with a focus on quality customer service and stakeholder engagement.
- Proficiency in administrative systems and software including Microsoft Office, StudentOne, TRIM, Moodle and FinanceOne.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Proven attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining records, coordinating processes and producing documentation.
