The School of Nursing, Midwifery and Social Sciences is responsible for delivering high-quality education and research in nursing and related fields, including teaching, research, and professional activities, and providing support and advice to faculties and divisions across a range of specialties. We are seeking a Senior Lecturer in Postgraduate Nursing to lead the development and delivery of advanced education and research in this field.
As a key member of the academic team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our student community. Your primary objective will be to lead and participate in the delivery of foundation and profession-focused units, conduct tutorials, practical classes, and supervise research projects, delivering exceptional educational support to our diverse student body. We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented professional with significant teaching and research experience and expertise in using large corporate systems. You will confidently manage applications, oversee projects, adhere to educational guidelines, and consistently uphold a high standard of service.

Position Requirements
- Possession of doctoral qualification (PhD) in a relevant discipline.
- Teaching qualification or willingness to pursue a Graduate Certificate in Tertiary Teaching/Education.
- Awareness of current professional and educational issues in the field.
- Proven ability in research and scholarship, with publications in reputable journals and successful research grant applications.
- Demonstrated ability to teach and supervise undergraduate and postgraduate students, with experience in multi-modal delivery strategies for student support.
- Willingness to obtain a required adult education qualification (e.g., Cert IV in Training & Assessment, Diploma, or higher) to meet RTO Standards.
