- Total Remuneration $162,470 to $184,987 pa (including salary of $137,290 to $156,317 plus 17% superannuation and leave loading)

In this role, you will lead and deliver engaging coursework, develop innovative curriculum materials, and guide students through lectures, tutorials, workshops and residential schools. You will also supervise postgraduate research projects, contribute to significant research initiatives, and work collaboratively within a dedicated academic team.
Beyond teaching and supervision, you will play a key role in shaping the School’s strategic direction, from curriculum development to committee participation and professional activities. Position Requirements
- A PhD in a relevant discipline.
- Proven ability to teach and supervise undergraduate and postgraduate students.
- Demonstrated ability and willingness to take a team leadership role and mentor junior academic staff.
- Experience engaging with tertiary students and supporting their learning through multi-modal delivery.
- A qualification in adult education (e.g. Certificate IV in Training and Assessment), or willingness to obtain.
- Leadership and management experience with a strong track record of motivating and supporting others in a collaborative team environment (desirable).
