Are you passionate about creating connections through data-driven marketing strategies? Join CQUniversity’s Global Brand and Marketing Directorate as a Senior Marketing Officer – Lead Nurture and Automation and play a key role in driving growth and engaging prospective students through innovative email and automation strategies.
As part of our Lead Nurture and Automation team, you’ll leverage your expertise in marketing automation platforms and connected software, audience segmentation, privacy compliance, personalisation, and campaign optimisation to deliver sophisticated engagement programs. Guided by your supervisor, you’ll undertake data analysis and visualisation in PowerBI to share insights, performance reporting, and optimise campaigns.
Working closely with the University’s recruitment and marketing team and collaborating with brand, advertising, and insights teams, you’ll help create unified campaigns, ensure data integrity, and contribute to high-quality content across all platforms. Position Requirements
- Proven knowledge and hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and email marketing strategies, including campaign optimisation and audience segmentation.
- Ability to develop and implement data-driven marketing strategies across digital and traditional channels, with exceptional communication skills for content planning, creation, and influencing in a digital environment.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel and data analysis to generate actionable insights, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail in all deliverables.
- A relevant degree with at least four years of experience in marketing (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
- Understanding of the Australian tertiary education sector and Tertiary Admissions Centre (TAC) processes (Desirable).
