Position Requirements
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to follow through on problems and negotiate satisfactory outcomes with all stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to analyse, diagnose and understand complex networks; with proven expertise in providing operational support services in a complex networked environment; and to work well under pressure.
- Extensive experience and detailed knowledge of Network technologies such as Routing/Switching (Aruba or Cisco preferred), Wireless Networks and supporting client endpoints, Unified Communications, Firewalls and VPN.
- Demonstrated network security awareness and application within network systems.
- Experience driving small to medium projects, for timely and successful outcomes.
- Advanced technical problem solving
- High awareness of latest trends and innovations in network systems technology.
