In this position, you will deliver expert psychosocial and wellbeing services across the University, supporting staff and leaders while driving continuous improvement in safety systems, mental health practices, and workplace culture, including leading the University’s psychosocial survey action plan and implementing effective control measures.

Position Requirements

 

  • A relevant degree with at least four years’ subsequent relevant experience (in safety, allied health, or related field); or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
  • Significant experience or specialist knowledge of trauma-informed practice and psychosocial safety.
  • Comprehensive understanding of applicable legislation and codes relating to mental health, psychosocial safety and wellbeing, and how to apply in a University setting.
