Position Requirements

 

  • Lead Curriculum Development: Design and develop engaging, industry-relevant courses including assessment resources for Hospitality and Cookery students, ensuring they meet industry standards.
  • Innovative Teaching Practices: Drive innovation in teaching by leading professional development and fostering new approaches to education delivery.
  • Audit and Validation Oversight: Lead validation activities and coordinate audits to maintain the highest quality across all educational programs.
  • Ability to develop content on online learning platform (Moodle)
