Join CQUniversity’s Student Events and Experience team and help deliver memorable events that enhance the student journey. In this role, you’ll coordinate and support a range of activities including Orientation, Sporting Tournaments, Awards Presentations and Graduation Ceremonies.
You’ll be responsible for planning and logistics, preparing documentation and correspondence, booking travel, and processing event-related accounts. The role also involves responding to enquiries, liaising with stakeholders, and ensuring smooth delivery across multiple campuses.
Your ability to stay organised, work collaboratively, and manage competing priorities will help you succeed in this role. This is your chance to contribute to an inclusive and engaging student environment, while working in a friendly and supportive team!

Position Requirements
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive, solution-focused approach and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
- Well-developed administrative and technical capabilities, with proficiency in email systems, databases, and ideally Adobe InDesign or other desktop publishing tools.
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders, from students to senior staff.
