The Educational Quality and Integrity Directorate is seeking a dynamic and experienced Coordinator to lead a team of motivated Work Integrated Learning Officers. Your primary role is to develop and implement efficient systems and processes to manage student placements, ensuring that all activities meet relevant policies, procedures, accreditation, and audit requirements.
Additional responsibilities will include establishing strong industry relationships, overseeing the implementation and management of the work integrated learning management system, analysing requirements and making recommendations to management regarding improved business processes to ensure positive placement outcomes for all students.

Position Requirements
- A degree with at least four years subsequent relevant experience and management expertise, or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or training.
- Understanding of work placement requirements within higher education and experience developing relationships with external industry partners and sourcing placements.
- Proven detailed knowledge of business support software including work processing, spreadsheeting, information management systems and email, using large corporate information systems.
- Demonstrated experience supervising teams, building relationships with stakeholders and collaborating effectively with others.
- Proven communication skills with ability to liaise and negotiate with external stakeholders.
