The Digital Services Directorate is seeking a motivated professional to assist our clients and create excellent outcomes.

 

Your day will involve answering the phone, face-to-face, and electronic requests. You will use your resourcefulness and analytical skills to diagnose problems and provide support.  Working across various systems including learning and teaching software support, enterprise system software through to facilities/building maintenance and bookings systems to safety incidents and recording. You will be provided with a structured training plan and daily guidance from a team of technology professionals.

Position Requirements

 

  • Customer service experience, either face-to-face or online (contact centre experience highly regarded)
  • Customer focus and a can-do attitude.
  • Proficiency in the operation of computer applications and the ability to learn new systems efficiently and effectively.
  • Knowledge and experience in office productivity software, communication/collaboration software, operating systems used within the University sector, including Microsoft and Mac and/or connectivity including wireless and authentication.
  • A demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team and autonomously.
  • Experience using a structured problem-solving methodology to resolve customer problems.
