About the position
As the Business Manager, you will lead a small, high‑performing team to deliver efficient operations, strengthen supplier partnerships, enhance customer experience, and ensure commercial sustainability. You will work across sales, service quality, compliance, reporting, and strategic planning.
The successful candidate will bring:
- Proven leadership in a service or retail environment.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience managing budgets, and financial performance.
- Demonstrated ability to drive growth and gain efficiencies, meet targets, and strengthen customer loyalty.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- 5+ years’ experience in travel, hospitality, retail, or business services (travel experience desirable but not essential).
- A proactive, customer‑focused approach with the ability to successfully lead and motivate a team.
