CQUniversity is seeking an organised administration professional to assist with the placement of students within industry, which forms part of their learning requirements. You will ensure all mandatory checks are undertaken prior to placement and all records and information relating to student placements are updated and accurate.
Previous experience in an administrative role, with well-developed communication and interpersonal skills and a capacity to forward plan in a busy environment, will be well regarded. Along with a proficiency in Microsoft Office and capability to exercise initiative and judgement, the successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to organise and prioritise work, meet deadlines and resolve student enquiries.

Position Requirements
- Proficient in the use of information systems, web browsers, email software, Microsoft software or similar, customer relationship systems and Quality Standards to achieve successful outcomes.
- Excellent customer service skills and an understanding of the needs of a culturally diverse University community.
- Outstanding oral/telephone, written, online communication and interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to work proactively and collaboratively within a team.
- Demonstrated understanding of administrative practices including an ability to organise and prioritise work, meet deadlines, and resolve administrative or client-related problems with minimal supervision.
