CQUniversity is looking for an Administration Officer to support its Work Integrated Learning (WIL) teams and students. Navigating defined processes, operational procedures and admin check points, You will provide frontline support to students, managing the administrative tasks and processes associated with the various pre-placement conditions and mandatory checks that students are required to undertake, in preparation for their industry placements.

Position Requirements
- Administration; Business Support; Business Operations experience, with demonstrated reliability operating in a fast paced, dead line driven working environment.
- Excellent attention to detail with a confident ability to quickly acquire knowledge of University policies and procedures and relevant pre-placement mandatory check legislative requirements.
- Knowledge and demonstrated proficiency in the use of information systems, web browsers, email software, Microsoft software or similar, customer relationship systems and Quality Standards in order to achieve successful outcomes.
- Excellent customer service skills and an understanding of the needs of a culturally diverse University community.
