The Educational Quality and Integrity Directorate (EQID) supports CQUniversity’s commitment to academic excellence, compliance, continuous improvement and oversees key areas such as accreditation, articulations, learning analytics, and quality assurance.

 

As a Work Integrated Leaning (WIL) officer, you’ll, work closely with industry partners, academic teams, and students to secure and coordinate student placements across multiple campuses, ensuring they meet course and accreditation requirements. You’ll maintain accurate placement records using WIL and CRM systems, support cross-disciplinary initiatives and WIL projects, and contribute to accreditation processes by attending committee meetings and assisting with reviews.

Position Requirements

 

  • Relevant degree with practical experience, or extensive expertise and broad knowledge in technical or administrative fields. Equivalent combinations of education and experience will also be considered.
  • Demonstrated ability to independently plan and manage workloads, prioritise tasks, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality services, while effectively solving complex administrative or client-related issues with attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of business support software including word processing, spread sheeting, information management systems, and Microsoft Outlook.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively consult, collaborate, advise, and negotiate with a wide range of stakeholders and clients.
