  • Total Remuneration $107,321 to $115,586 pa (including salary of $90,688 to $97,672 plus 17% superannuation and leave loading)

CQUniversity is looking for enthusiastic and dedicated professionals to join our vibrant team as Work Integrated Learning Officers, with a primary focus on delivering outstanding student experiences throughout their educational journey.

 

In this role, you will leverage your strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with industry partners, management, and academic teams, ensuring the successful placement of students across our national network. With your keen attention to detail, you will ensure placements meet course requirements, align with external accreditation standards, and that placement information is accurately recorded in our system.

Position Requirements

 

  • A degree with subsequent relevant experience or, extensive experience in Work integrated learning environments, or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
  • Experience in sales or demonstrated experience working in a fast paced environment highly regarded.
  • Demonstrated ability to organise and prioritise work, meet deadlines, deliver services, and resolve complex administrative or client-related problems without supervision.
  • Demonstrated ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with colleagues and build positive relationships within teams.
  • Demonstrated strong capacity to plan workload, problem solve, achieve set goals and meet deadlines and work with minimal supervision, whilst maintaining attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to consult, liaise, advise and negotiate with stakeholders and clients.
  • Experience working with large corporate information system.
