- Total Remuneration $114,962 to $123,815 pa (including salary of $97,145 to $104,626 plus 17% superannuation and leave loading)

We are seeking a Senior Indigenous Engagement Officer to play a vital role in empowering Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students to succeed. You will design and deliver impactful programs, events and engagement initiatives that support student pathways and success, while building strong relationships with schools, communities and stakeholders.
Through meaningful collaboration and tailored communication, you will promote study opportunities, provide guidance, and support positive student experiences from first contact through to graduation. This role offers the opportunity to make a genuine difference, strengthen community partnerships and influence future pathways for Indigenous learners within a supportive, purpose-driven environment.

Position Requirements
- Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultures and societies, with the ability to communicate sensitively and effectively with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and communities.
- Proficiency in the use of information systems, including web browsers, email, Microsoft Office (or similar applications), and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
- Sound understanding of equity, inclusion and social justice principles.
- Demonstrated strong written, verbal and digital communication skills, with the ability to work proactively and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Current Blue Card (Working with Children positive notice) and a current C Class Driver’s Licence.
