Working as part of the Student Service SPOT, Student Advisers play a pivotal role in supporting our students. As the first point of contact for both current and future student enquiries in our busy call centre and on campus, you will be supporting our students to navigate university systems and processes and setting them up to get the most out of their university experience.
We are seeking a skilled communicator with customer service experience who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment to join our team. You will provide accurate, timely and documented advice to students on a range of matters including course advice, administration, admissions, enrolment, fees and scholarships.

Position Requirements
- Experience responding to clients via email, face to face and telephone and resolving queries within required service timeframes.
- Experience and competence in business support software and databases, with ability to undertake accurate data entry.
- Experience undertaking a broad range of administrative duties.
- Proven interpersonal and team skills with ability to develop positive working relationships with others.
